Legal Notice

Instructor Qualifications:

 All tuition is provided by a DVSA-approved Driving Instructor (ADI).

Insurance:

 We maintain full public liability and professional indemnity insurance, 

Specifically covering driving tuition and DVSA practical tests.

 Lesson Policies:

Cancellations: 

We require at least 48 hours' notice for any lesson cancellations.

 Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full hourly rate.

Driving Tests:

 Use of the Start 2 Pass vehicle for a driving test at the Carmarthen Test Centre

 is at the instructor's discretion and is reserved for students who have reached the required test standard.

Pickups & Drop-offs: 

We offer door-to-door service within an 8-mile radius of Ammanford.

 Changes to pickup locations must be agreed upon 24 hours in advance.

3. Privacy & GDPR

Data Collection: 

We only collect the information necessary to provide driving tuition 

(e.g., name, address, provisional license details).

Data Usage: 

Your data is never sold to third parties. It is used solely for scheduling, 

progress tracking, and booking your DVSA driving test.
