Driving Records: Provisional license number and "check code" for entitlement verification.

Progress Data: Lesson history, mock test results, and areas of improvement

 (e.g., Carmarthen test route progress).

We use your information strictly for:

Scheduling and managing your driving lessons.

Verifying your legal right to drive via the DVSA.

Communicating with you regarding lesson changes or test bookings.

Internal record-keeping for tax and business purposes.

We never sell your data. We only share info with the DVSA when necessary for test bookings.

Storage: 

Digital data is stored on secure, password-protected devices. Paper records (if any) are kept in a locked location.

Photos: 

We will only post "Pass Photos" on our Google Business Page or

 social media with your explicit verbal or written consent.
